Qualifications
 
1. female, college educated;
2. 3 years in production-oriented enterprises have done the work plan or customer service experience;
3. strong communication and coordination;
4. through the CET-6, fluent English speaking, reading and writing ability of priority.

Responsibilities

1. is responsible to receive and follow up on customer orders, promptly delivery, and follow up the actual shipping date
2. timely and effective customer and internal communication, ensure rapid response to customer demand
3. responsible for arranging shipping and customs information, etc. to ensure timely and accurate
4. is responsible for reconciliation and payment with the customer with reminders
