Responsibilities

1. is responsible for receiving and following up customers: inquiry, quotation, order, promptly delivery, and follow up the actual shipping date
2. timely and effective customer and internal communication, ensure rapid response to customer demand, output orders.
3. responsible for arranging shipping and customs information, etc. to ensure timely and accurate
4. is responsible for reconciliation and payment with the customer with reminders

Qualifications

1. female, college educated;
2. 3 years in production-oriented enterprises have done the work plan or customer service experience;
3. strong communication and coordination;
4. understanding industrial products, spoken English fluency, reading and writing ability of priority.
